SQUEEZE IN FEES

Squeeze-In Appointment Fee: A $100 surcharge applies to any appointment scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM.

Off-Day Appointment Fee: A $150 surcharge applies to any appointment booked on Sunday or Monday.

Tardiness

You have 10–15 minutes before your appointment is cancelled, so please be on time.

Guest

Due to limited seating, no additional guests or children are allowed.

Deposit / Payment

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $25-$200 is required to book a service. The deposit will be applied to your service total. Remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle (214-616-5003). A service is charged for all debit/credit payments.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

Reschedule once within the same month only. Cancel up to 48 hours prior without penalty. After 48 hours, 50% of remaining balance.

No Call / No Show

No call/no show will be charged 100% of service. Debit/credit payments incur 8.25% tax.
